The Central Region of Vietnam, colloquially termed “Hue,” is known for its bold flavors.

“Bun Bo Hue” is a spicy and bold soup based rice noodle dish that has gained in popularity in recent years. Not quite as popular as “pho,” BBH is quickly gaining in popularity in the United States where its spicy and bold flavors are converting the most adventurous foodies into diehard fans.
